Mr. Xia Xiaoqing, born in April 1966, holds a Doctor of Engineering degree in Computer Application of Northwestern Polytechnical University. He joined the company in March 2018 and is currently the deputy general manager of the company.

He once worked as the deputy manager and manager of the Information Department of CNNC Energy Technology Co., Ltd, the deputy general manager, deputy secretary and general manager of the Party Committee of Beijing CNNC Huahui Technology Development Co., Ltd, and chairman of CNNC Hongsheng Intelligent Engineering (Beijing) Co., Ltd.
